I love free stuff just as much as the next person. This blog came to me as an idea to share free, quality, family-friendly media, the stuff you find online and never watch because you aren't sure if it will be a waste of your time. So if you're sick of sifting through hulu/crackle/youtube/etc. for a free slice of good cinema, make an occasional stop on my blog and hopefully I will have something to fill your free time.
For the first installment, I just finished watching Waste Land on Hulu. It's a documentary about a Brazilian-born artist living in New York that decides to go to one of the largest landfills in the world, Jardim Gramacho (outside of Rio De Janeiro), for his next art project. While he makes some beautiful art, what he is able to do for the workers at Jardim Gramacho is a miracle. Enjoy.
